Things to Know About Prescriptive Male Enhancement
Today, the FDA has approved only four oral male enhancement drugs to treat erectile dysfunction. These are Viagra, Cialis, Levitra and Staxyn. As pharmaceutical products that require prescription before you can obtain them, they are potent enough to dilate soft arteries in the penile erectile tissues to cause blood to flow more easily when a man is sexually aroused.
The drugs presuppose that you still have an undamaged nervous system that can cause sexual arousal.
All these prescriptive male enhancement pills work with the same biological mechanism to cause erection and varies subtly in terms of how quickly they work and how long they last. Levitra works an hour longer than Viagra which lasts only 4 hours. Both take about half an hour to become effective. Cialis works faster to give you an erection in 15 minutes and last 36 hours – that’s why it has earned the moniker as your weekend Viagra. Staxyn takes the form of an orally disintegrating tablet with the same ingredients as Levitra so it acts similarly.
